How to create and manage support tickets

NOTE: To prevent spam and enhance your security, you must login to your account to open a new ticket. Attempts to open a ticket via email will not be successful. Once the ticket has been opened, you can respond and continue to communicate with our Support Team by responding directly via email.
To open a new request:
1Login to your account
2Either click the button “Submit New Ticket” positioned on the right below your Account Information Section, or from the main menu navigate to Help Center > Submit New Ticket and click/tap the link
3Choose from the list of available departments (i.e. Help Desk if your question is of a technical nature)
4Complete the form and click the Submit button.
